Welcome to the CSPA Gold Circle Portal!

Gold Circle submissions are a completely digital process. You must submit all of your entries as PDFs or URLs (for digital media categories).

When you CLICK this LINK, you'll either create an account (if you're a first-time user) or log back into the account you've already created.

Remember: the email you use must match the one you used for your CSPA membership; otherwise, it will direct you to create a new membership.

To submit print entries:

• Include the COMPLETE page that your entry was printed on as a PDF.
• If your entry is a two-page spread, please put your pages together as one page; it will give the judges the same reading experience as your audience.
• If you are submitting multiple pages for one category, please make one PDF.

To submit your digital media entries:

• Include a working website link of the published work created by your staff.
• Judges can only consider entries with a working publication website link.

Deadlines

• For all publications (news, magazines, digital media, and yearbooks): extended to October 26, 2026.
   
  • Judging will be performed in January-February 2027, with winners announced in late February 2027.

Eligiblity

Student work that was published between September 6, 2025, and August 31, 2026, can be submitted for this year's contest.

IMPORTANT

CSPA does not require approval of your membership or immediate payment to submit Gold Circle entries; only that you have completed your membership enrollment online.
